By using onbrand.me (the "Site") you consent to the storage, processing, transfer and disclosure of your personal information as described in this privacy policy. This policy is effective as of April 22, 2016.

The opinions expressed by the OnBrand Magazine contributors and those providing comments are theirs alone, and do not reflect the opinions of OnBrand or Bynder or any employee thereof. 1. Collection

You may browse this Site without providing any personal information about yourself. However, to receive notifications, updates or request additional information about OnBrand or this Site, we may collect the following information: name, contact information, email address and company; correspondence sent to or from us; any additional information you choose to provide; and other information from your interaction with our Site, services, content and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data, IP address and standard web log information. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers.

2. Information of Minors

The Website is not intended for or targeted at children under 18 (“Minors”), and we do not knowingly collect any information about Minors. If you believe that we have collected information about Minors, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can delete the information.

We use your personal information to provide you with the services you request, communicate with you, inform you about our services troubleshoot problems, customize your experience, Site updates and measure interest in our sites and services.

9.1 Review, Change & Remove Personal Information

OnBrand Event ‘16 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OnBrand ‘16. We’re happy you’ll be joining us. For complete details on the terms that apply to registration, please read through the terms below.

OnBrand ’16 is organized by Bynder BV

1. Registration fees
Tickets for OnBrand ’16 are available for purchase until 23:59 on October 12th, 2016. All attendees have to pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the event venue. There will be no tickets for sale at the door of the venue.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Things happen. We understand. Here is how cancellation refunds work:

If you are not able to attend the event, you have to notify us in writing at [email protected] by October 6th, 2016. All refunds are subject to a € 100 processing fee. For cancellations received after October 6th, 2016 and paid attendees who don’t attend, the registration fee is non-refundable.

If you can’t attend but you know someone who can, you may transfer your registration to another person at any date prior to the event. When transferring your ticket, you have to notify us in writing at [email protected], providing the name and contact details of the person you want to assign the ticket to.

Refund and/or transfer requests at [email protected] will be dealt within five (5) business days for a first response.

In the (unlikely) event that we fail to provide the advertised goods and services (e.g., cancellation of OnBrand ‘16) we will refund the registration fee excluding processing fees.

3. Age limitations
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend OnBrand ‘16 and all related events. If you would like to request an exception to this rule, you have to send your request in writing [email protected]

4. Photography, video and audio recordings
By attending OnBrand ’16, you expressly give your consent to having your image, voice, likeness and/or presentation recorded. You hereby further grant us the right to use the images, videos and/or audio recordings recordings taken at OnBrand ’16 and related events however we might choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation. We might use them in any and all media formats available now or in the future for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose and you release us, our affiliates and successors from any liability whatsoever of any nature in regard thereto.

Unless we notify you otherwise, you are permitted to take photos, videos or audio recordings (collectively, “recordings”) at OnBrand ’16, as long as you comply with the following terms:

These recordings might include content or material that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights which we own or license.

You are allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute the recordings without our written permission for your individual personal use. We allow and even encourage you to disseminate the recordings through social media, as long as the recordings are in compliance with these terms. Please feel free to connect with us on social media through use of the hashtag: #OnBrand16.

In any other case, for example commercial or editorial use, you need to obtain our permission in writing prior to use.

You agree that you won’t use any recordings: (1) in a way that is misleading or disparaging; (2) in a way that implies that the content of the recordings is your own; (3) for commercial purposes or in a way that implies that we endorse, sponsor or approve of your business, services or products; or (4) in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material. If we request that you discontinue use of any recordings, you will immediately comply with our request. And of course, if we do notify you that recordings aren’t allowed, then you agree that you won’t take any recordings.

5. Agenda
We might make updates to the agenda from time-to-time, which might include a change in speakers or cancellation of certain sessions. We can’t promise the attendance of any speaker and won’t refund fees paid based on changes to the agenda.

6. Liability
We will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or accompanying persons, or resulting from loss of or damage to their personal property, as a result of the conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, we accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Our liability is limited to the return of paid registration fees which we may also, at our sole discretion, provide in a voucher which can be redeemed for future events or Bynder products. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, therefore information submitted in the registration process will be subject to our privacy policy, which is incorporated to these terms by reference.

Information submitted in the registration process will be used and shared for registration and event marketing purposes. This information includes: name, surname, company name, job title, country and email address. We might use these details to inform registrants of conference updates or future events via email. We might also display companies registered to attend on our website before the event to inform other participants on who's already attending, or after the event to show who attended. This includes company names and/or logos and job titles but no personal information.

Attendees are responsible for advising us if they do not wish to have any of this data online. For questions about registration or assistance with any registration problems, please contact us at [email protected].

OnBrand Grader Terms & Conditions

1. User Terms

By using the OnBrand Grader (the "Grader") you consent to these OnBrand Grader Terms and Conditions.

You agree that you will not use the Grader to violate the terms of use of any third party website. You further agree that you will not use the content provided in any results, report, or content (including trademarks and screen shots) that are generated or accessed through the Grader for any commercial purpose or for any purpose that violates the rights of any third party.

2. Personal Information

You may use the Grader without providing any personal information about yourself. However, to receive your results by email, we may collect the following personal information: name, contact information, email address, and company name. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the storage, processing, transfer, and disclosure of your personal information, as described in the OnBrand Privacy Policy.

You agree that you will not submit the personal information of any person other than yourself without their consent to do so and assume full liability for any violation of the rights of a third party through your use of the Grader.
